Debra has been buying and selling real estate and renovating/building homes for 25 years.  She became a real estate sales associate in 2004 after a long career in marketing.  With a vast knowledge of the area and inventory, she is a specialist in handling a multitude of property types; including estates, horse properties, antique homes and raw land. Debra has consistently been a top producer in the market area, at first with Weichert Realtors, and now with Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby’s.

Debra’s integrity, energy and attention to detail set her apart. She offers her clients valuable online marketing skills, the latest marketing strategies, and negotiating expertise.   

A native New Jerseyan and long time resident of Somerset Hills, Debra has raised two children here, giving her firsthand knowledge of the area, its homes, its top-rated schools, culture, convenient transportation links, world-class golf courses, and equestrian facilities.   Debra’s personal experience as a real estate investor, renovator and builder has qualified her as an advisor to many clients who seek sound investment strategy and guidance in identifying a property’s potential. 

Specializing in real estate in the towns of Bernardsville, Basking Ridge, Far Hills, Peapack/Gladstone ,Harding, New Vernon, Mendham, Tewksbury, Warren and the surrounding communities in Somerset, Morris and Hunterdon counties, Debra has won the respect of both clients and colleagues. Referrals from satisfied clients and other agents are a large part of her business.

Debra graduated with a B.A. from American University in Marketing. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked for a marketing company in New York and then became a consultant to various market research firms.
